I have tried various ways to set this up to allow inbound connections to both machines. I have used dhcp for the host and guest adapters, and have tried setting them both to static. In all cases I have outbound access from the host or guest.

Tp Wn722n Driver

When trying to get inbound access I can sometimes access the host using RDP when the correct IP shows up in the router, but never am I able access the guest. I have watched in the 'Connected Devices Summary' of my router, that if I access from the host it shows the host mac address. If I access from the guest it will show the guest ip but the host mac address.
Tp Link Wn722n For MacWhat is strange is the router also has a 'Pre-Assigned DHCP Address' section. In this section I can see the mac address of the guest and it receives an ip which I can also see using ipconfig on the guest machine, but it doesn't show this mac address ever in the 'Connected Devices Summary'.
If I try everything in static mode not using dhcp on the host or guest. I have outbound access for both. But depending on which was the machine with the last connection that is what shows up in the 'Connected Devices Summary' with the mac address of the host. Yes this happens when the guest connects last, it's ip show up and the hosts mac is listed. I can never get both machines to show up in the 'Connected Devices Summary' together.
I have both firewalls turned off on the host and guest.
