In this post, we’re going to install the Latest Windows 10 LG Mobile Driver v4.4.2 for LG K30 lm-x410(ft).
For different modes of USB connection, different drivers need to be installed. The various modes of USB connection are MTP Mode, ADB / Fastboot Mode, and Download Mode.
MTP mode is nothing but the File Transfer mode, which facilitates the transfer of files between phone and PC.
To enter Fastboot Mode and to unlock LG K30 bootloader, we need to install the ADB Interface Driver
LG K30 Download Mode helps in restoring a bricked phone or to simply update the phone firmware. To flash firmware in Download mode, USB Modem and USB Serial Port driver need to be installed.
Let’s proceed with the installation of LG K30 Driver for different modes of USB Connection –
Download the setup file from respective download links below
LG Mobile Driver v4.4.2 – For Windows
LG Mobile Driver v 5.6 For MAC –
Double click on the downloaded setup file to initiate the installation process
Choose setup language
Click “Next” to install the USB Driver
The driver is getting installed. Wait for the process to complete
LG Mobile Driver is installed successfully. We’re ready to connect our LG K30 to PC in File Transfer Mode.
LG K30 File Transfer – MTP Mode Driver
To transfer files between your LG K30 and PC, connect the phone to the computer via USB Data Cable.
Among the list of USB Connection options, choose “File Transfer” as shown above
Install Drivers For Lg Phone
I’ve connected my LG K30 to a computer running on Windows 10.
On the right-hand top corner, I can see my connected phone with various options as shown above.
For file transfer, click “Open device to view files”
We can see the internal and external storage folders of LG K30 phone
Now we can easily transfer files between the phone and the PC
In Device Manager, the connected phone is visible under “Portable Devices”.
LG K30 ADB / Fastboot Mode – LGE Mobile ADB Interface Driver Installation
ADB Interface driver is required to boot the phone in Fastboot mode for Bootloader Unlocking. Proceed with the below tutorial to install LG K30 ADB Interface Driver.
To install the ADB driver, first of all, we need to enable USB debugging in the Developer Options.
Pull down the notification bar and tap on “Settings icon”
Now scroll down and click on “System”
At the bottom of the page, you would find “Developer Options”, unless you’ve enabled it beforehand.

In Developer options, look for “USB Debugging” and slide the toggle towards ON position to enable it.
Accept the warning and tap “OK” to Allow USB Debugging.
To unlock the bootloader, we also need to enable the “OEM unlock” option.
Enable “OEM unlock” as shown above.
Now we’re ready to connect our K30 to PC via the USB data cable in ADB Mode
